Brightstream Clayflow
Flow into form with mindful clay sculpting.
OUR JOURNEY

Crafted with intention.
Rooted in calm.

Brightstream Clayflow began as a simple studio practice and grew into a sanctuary where clay becomes a path toward presence and creativity.

Our story

Founded in 2018 in the Pacific Northwest, Brightstream Clayflow was born from a desire to merge the ancient craft of pottery with modern mindfulness practices. What began as small intimate circles has now welcomed over 4,000 students from across the globe.

Our founders—Elara Voss and Theo Harlan—left careers in design and wellness education to create a space where slowing down is celebrated. Today our studio occupies a converted 1920s warehouse surrounded by native gardens.

Our mission

We believe clay is a teacher. Through focused handwork, students reconnect with their bodies, discover patience, and cultivate a deeper sense of self. We teach with care, never pressure, always honoring each person's pace.

Our values

Presence

Every session is an invitation to arrive fully in the moment with the material.

Stewardship

We source responsibly and treat the earth with respect in all our practices.

Community

Learning is richer when shared. We foster belonging without hierarchy.
