Brightstream Clayflow — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Brightstream Clayflow website, purchasing any workshop, or participating in any studio session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Brightstream Clayflow offers membership, workshops, and studio access for mindful clay sculpting. All classes, open studio time, and online content are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled at our discretion.

3. Enrollment, Payments & Pricing

All enrollments require full payment at the time of booking. Prices are listed in USD and are non-negotiable. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. A valid payment method must be retained on file for recurring memberships.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Workshop cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours receive a studio credit valid for 90 days. No-shows forfeit payment. Memberships may be paused once per quarter with 14 days written notice.

5. Studio Rules & Safety

All participants must follow instructor guidance, wear provided aprons, and respect shared space. No alcohol, smoking, or outside food is allowed. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a guardian. We reserve the right to remove any individual who disrupts the calm environment.

6. Intellectual Property

Photographs, videos, and finished ceramic works created during sessions may be used by Brightstream Clayflow for marketing with your prior consent. You retain ownership of your personal creations unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brightstream Clayflow is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation beyond the scope of our standard studio insurance. You participate at your own risk and agree to release us from claims related to personal injury or property damage except where caused by gross negligence.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or site banner 14 days in advance.
