What experience level is required to join a class?
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes welcome complete beginners through advanced sculptors. Instructors adapt each session to every participant’s skill level.
What materials and tools will I need?
All clay, tools, glazes, and firing are provided. You only need to bring an apron and an open mind. Aprons are also available on-site.
How long does the firing process take?
Bisque and glaze firings each take 5–7 days. Finished pieces are usually ready for pickup within two weeks of your final class.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the class receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be credited toward a future session.
Is the studio accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes. The studio has a ramp, wide doorways, adjustable-height work tables, and accessible restrooms. Please notify us in advance for any specific needs.
Are children allowed in classes?
Our family workshops welcome children ages 8 and up when accompanied by an adult. Private family sessions are also available on request.
Can I bring my own clay or pieces to glaze?
We only fire work created during our sessions to ensure consistent firing schedules and kiln safety standards.
What safety measures are in place?
We provide dust masks, gloves, ventilated glazing areas, and first-aid equipment. All instructors are CPR and first-aid certified.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Digital and printable gift certificates are available in any amount and never expire. Redeemable online or at the studio.
